Over the past five months, West Shore has strategically acquired four new properties in our key markets across Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. With the addition of Walden at Chatham Center, we now own and manage 28 residential properties, comprising 8,598 apartment units and valued at over $1.35 billion.

The acquisitions were finalized on December 30, 2020. Following these acquisitions, West Shore now owns and manages 30 residential communities with a total of 9,491 apartment units valued at over $1.5 billion.
